Task Description
Client is looking for an experienced Airflow Infra Engineer with strong expertise in containerization,
Kubernetes platforms and cloud-native technologies.
The candidate has demonstrated experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Helmfile and Red Hat
OpenShift for the design, deployment, administration and troubleshooting of containerized
applications in complex enterprise environments.
The consultant also has thorough knowledge of GitOps principles and practical experience with Argo
CD for the implementation of automated and standardized deployments across multiple
environments.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines through
GitLab CI/CD and/or GitHub Actions. They are also familiar with Apache Airflow for the installation,
configuration, administration and support of data processes and workflows.
In addition to strong technical skills, the candidate has a good knowledge of English and can
communicate effectively in French and/or Dutch.
They adopt a pragmatic, results-oriented and strongly hands-on approach within multidisciplinary
teams.

Technical Skills
• Knowledge of English. (C1: complex proficiency)
• Knowledge of French or Dutch. (C1: complex proficiency)
• Practical experience with containerizing applications using Docker, including the creation and
optimization of images and management of registries. (L2: at least 2 years of experience)
• Experience in administering and operating Kubernetes clusters, including deployment,
configuration and troubleshooting of workloads. (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
• Experience with Helm for packaging, deployment and management of the configuration of
Kubernetes applications using charts. (L2: at least 2 years of experience)
• Experience with Helmfile and Go templates (gotmpl) for managing reproducible Helm
deployments across multiple environments. (L2: at least 2 years of experience)
• Experience in administering and operating the Red Hat OpenShift platform, including
deployment and troubleshooting of containerized applications. (L1: at least some
experience)
• Experience in designing, implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI and/or
GitHub Actions. (L2: at least 2 years of experience)
• Experience with Argo CD for the continuous deployment of Kubernetes applications
according to GitOps principles. (L1: at least some experience)
• Experience with the installation, configuration, administration and operation of Apache
Airflow, including deployment and troubleshooting of DAGs. (L1: at least some experience)
