About
The Digital Security Office (DSO) ensures that the IT Security risks to which
the client group is exposed, are tracked, treated, and mitigated in line with the
regulatory, business and security requirements. The infrastructure Security team
is responsible for network security, cryptography, securing the Azure
environment and the security of our workplace environment.
Client is searching for a resource to strengthen the team. You will advise on the
implementation of a hardened, secure and innovative workplace environment.
You would also be participating in on-going network projects and helping with
optimizing network flows and firewall policies.
Description
Your task is to assist the current Infrastructure Security team which includes:
• Implement and maintain application control rules for developer
laptops using Beyondtrust Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM)
• Provide support to employees on security best practices on the
workplace devices
• Define security baselines for critical infrastructure components
• Participate with the design and implementation of network security
solutions like: Firewalls, VPN’s, NAC, Loadbalancing, SASE, Web
proxy
• Treat firewall and SWG requests from other technology teams

• Pragmatic and analytical mindset
• Excellent knowledge of English is required. Fluent in Dutch or French
• Good communicator, ability to communicate technical information to non-
technical stakeholders
• Team-oriented, motivated, strong work ethic and a ‘can do’ mindset
Technical skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender and Microsoft M365 suite.
• Understanding of DevOps pipelines and specific needs of an IT developer.
• Experience with BeyondTrust is considered a plus.
• Knowledge of networking, firewall and proxy technologies.
• Experience with securing network flows inside a corporate network
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet, Checkpoint or Palo Alto
firewalls, with Algosec and/or with Palo Alto Global Protect is
considered a plus.
